Shipping within Germany

Free shipping for orders over 199 euros
- For an order value of less than 199 euros, shipping costs of 3.99 euros will be incurred.
- We also offer delivery via cash on delivery within Germany. The invoice amount must be paid upon delivery, including a cash on delivery fee of 7.50 Euro.
We offer shipping within the European Union
- Free shipping for orders above 250 euros.
- For an order value of less than 250 euros, shipping costs of 4.99 euros will be charged.
- Delivery by cash on delivery is not possible.
- When shipping goods to these countries, the delivery time is extended by the shipping time listed below.

Shipping to Switzerland & Liechtenstein
- Shipping costs of 9.99 euros.
- Delivery by cash on delivery is not possible.
- Please note that customs duties and import taxes (VAT) apply and must be paid in the destination country.
Shipping to the United Kingdom
- Only items with a value of at least 135.00 GBP can be ordered.
- The shipping cost per delivery is 9.99 euros.
- Customs duties and import VAT are not included. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check in advance in your country.
- The shipping costs do not include German VAT.
- Delivery by cash on delivery is not possible.
- Shipping times may vary due to high demand at customs checkpoints.
Shipping to North America
- The shipping cost per delivery is 45 euros.
- Customs duties and import VAT are not included. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check in advance in your country.
- The shipping costs do not include German VAT.
- Delivery by cash on delivery is not possible.

Credit card
Pay for your purchase conveniently with a credit card. The processing is handled by the service provider PayPal. Payment is completely free of charge and fees for you. The following cards are accepted:

Purchase on invoice
Pay for your purchase on invoice. The invoice purchase is handled through PayPal. You will receive a payment request from PayPal by email. Please settle the invoice to the specified PayPal account. This payment method is only available for customers in Germany.
Advance payment
Conveniently transfer the invoice amount from your bank via transfer form or online banking. No bank details will be transmitted to us in the process. The goods will be shipped only after receipt of payment.
You will receive our bank details in the order confirmation email, which you will receive from us immediately after completing your order.
Cash on delivery
Delivery by cash on delivery is only available in Germany. After ordering, we will ship the goods directly to you. Pay for the goods only upon receipt at your doorstep. The cash on delivery fee is 7.50 euros.
PayPal
